 Date: May 18, 2005  The 1st IDCF Awards Presenting Ceremony is held at Shenzhen Special Zone Daily head office.  The theme is “Forming a brand designers community, building a design capital in China”.  A batch of renowned designers won the honor of “Ten Interior Designers in Shenzhen” in four categories such as office space, hotels & clubhouses, commercial space, residential sample rooms. In addition, 72 designers won the honor of Excellent Interior Designers, and about 105 works won gold, silver, bronze and excellent awards. Government officials and scholars attended the ceremony. “Ten Interior Designers” award is regarded as “Oscar Award” in Shenzhen interior design community. The event created a sensational response in the interior designer sector. Thus interior design is publicized and recognized in the community and becomes exceptionally influential.
