EVENTS OF SZAID IN 2005(22)

Date: April 16, 2005  Jointly organized by Shenzhen Association of Interior Designers and the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone Daily, and co-sponsored by the Guangdong Jia-Jun Ceramics Co., Ltd,  "the 1st China (Shenzhen) Interior Design Culture Festival" took place at Guan Shanyue Art Museum in Shenzhen. Attending the opening ceremony and making speeches are the following people: Mr. Liu Zhuokeng, deputy director of the Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Culture and director of the Office of Leading Group, Ms. Xin Benlan, deputy director of the CPPCC economic and Technology Committee, Mr. Cao Jiageng, deputy director of Shenzhen Science and Technology and Information Bureau and vice-chair of the Association of Science and Technology, Mr. Hou Jun, deputy editor-in-chief of Shenzhen Press Group and "Shenzhen Special Zone Press," Mr. Yan Rong, director of the NGO Office of the Shenzhen Administration of Civil Affairs, Mr. Lin Xueming, Chairman of Guangdong Association of Decoration Industry, renowned scholars from Tongji University, the Chinese Academy of the Arts in Beijing, Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts, the Central Academy of Fine Arts, the Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts. On the theme of "Design • Senior Designers•Puluralism ", the Cultural Festival includes such commonweal activities as selection of the "10 interior designers" and Outstanding Interior Design Works Exhibition, thus attracting the interior designers throughout the country , Decoration and Design Enterprises, clients and the citizens in Shenzhen.
